Returns

To be eligible for a return your request must be made within 10 days of your items delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. *Worn items or items shipped back to us outside of the return period will not be accepted for return. No more than 2 units may be returned per order. 

Please use the box your item was shipped in and apply the prepaid return label provided. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued back to you.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at ask@nyglass.com.

International Returns:
International customers will incur all costs associated with return shipping.

* Items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly worn or altered. Worn or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return.
