1) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
2) How much is shipping within the continental United States?
3) How long will my sunglasses take to arrive?
US orders ship USPS Priority mail. The processing time before an order ships varies by item. All items typically deliver within 14 business days.
4) Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the world for a flat rate of $9. Please note that international orders ship USPS First Class mail and can take up to 21 business days to arrive. International customers are also offered the following expedited options:
USPS Priority International (6-10 Days) - $35
USPS Express International (3-5 Days) - $55
5) What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us within 15 days of its delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. *Worn items or items shipped back to us outside of the return period will not be accepted for return. No more than 2 units may be returned per order.
Please email your return request to email@example.com. U.S. customers will be emailed a return shipping label and instructions. International customers will incur all costs associated with return shipping. For more information please refer to our returns page.
